  The evening starts as guests are greeted by valet and escorted to this award winning restaurant. Once inside, signature cocktails will be served on the terrace while guests overlook the perfectly manicured grounds of the Grande Lakes resort. 
Once everyone is seated, a fabulous multi-course meal will be served with each award winning dish being paired to a specially chosen wine to further enhance the dining experience. Each wine will be introduced by wine connoisseur.
 The Luis XIII de Remy Martin Experience Each year, a very fortunate few of our dinner guests upgrade to enjoy a special tasting of Louis XIII de Remy Martin Cognac. Priced at over $2000.00 per bottle, the journey to perfection for this cognac takes as long as 100 years in an oak barrel. 
When the time is right, the cognac is then sealed in a hand blown Baccarat Crystal bottle where it's serial number is then engraved on it. Presented by candlelight and served in custom created crystal glassware, the experience is something you will not soon forget. The tasting is limited to just 40 guests. Call for more details.
